HiitDuo has no account, no ads and no analytics. Your workouts, your history and your settings stay on your iPhone.
Health
With your permission HiitDuo reads your heart rate from Apple Watch during a workout, and saves the workouts you ask it to save to Health. Nothing from Health ever leaves your devices.
The Lock Screen and the Dynamic Island
To keep the Live Activity exact while the app is in your pocket, HiitDuo sends the interval times, the names you gave your intervals and the token Apple issues for that one Live Activity to HiitDuo's server. No account, no device identifier, nothing from Health. It is deleted when the workout ends, and after four hours at most if the app stops.
Sending a workout
A workout you send is written inside the link itself, after the #. Browsers never send that part to a server, so this site never receives the workout; the page draws it in your browser.
Purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple. HiitDuo reads on your device whether a purchase is active and learns nothing else.
The waitlist
If you join the waitlist on this site, HiitDuo keeps your email address, the date you joined, the form you used and the words shown under it, on its own server. It sends two emails: one right away to say you are on the list, and one when HiitDuo is on the App Store. Both are sent from HiitDuo's own mailbox; no one else gets your address. Every email has an Unsubscribe link that deletes it, or write to hello@hiitduo.com.
This website
This site sets no cookies. It counts visits without them: which pages were opened, for how long and how far down, the site you came from, the kind of device and browser, and your language and time zone. No IP address is kept and nothing identifies you; the only thing saved in your browser is the time of your last visit. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is counted. The count is kept by Xiobo Creative, the studio that makes HiitDuo.
